Minced pork, Hog Casing (Made from Pork Intestine), Fresh Garlic, Oyster Sauce, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Vinegar, Corn Flour (Traces of Gluten)

Delivery & Storage

  • Free Delivery: We deliver to England, Wales & Scotland, including Scottish Highlands.
  • Delivery Days: We deliver every Tuesday and Fridays Only, excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Storage: Keep refrigerated. Store at below 5°C. Do not re-freeze.
  • Shelf Life: Consume within 3 days of receiving.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Set to Medium Heat. Add 2-3 Tablespoons of water into a frying pan.
  2. Puncture Longanisa to prevent bursting. Add Longanisa and Cook until water fully evaporates.
  3. Once evaporated, Add 1-2 Tablespoons of Oil into the pan.
  4. Cook until internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Decent longganisa — garlicky and not overly sweet, which is a plus. But at £35 for two 500g packs, it's hard to justify. Fine for an occasional treat, but not something you'd buy regularly at that price.

I pre ordered last Dec 3 for garlic longanisa but never came. They apologized for the inconvenience apparently it’s because of Royal Mail. But having a business should have alternative solution. Now they want me to review the longanisa that I never receive, should be on the 23rd of december. It’s already 29th and still don’t have it. I don’t even know if they will still deliver it or not anymore so that I can take action.

We are deeply sorry for this experience and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. Pre-ordering for Christmas and being left without your order, without clarity, and without a proper resolution is completely unacceptable.
