1. About Uncle Pinoy & Platform Partners

Uncle Pinoy operates as an online platform that offers both:

  • Uncle Pinoy–branded products, and
  • Third-party products supplied by independent Platform Partners

Each Platform Partner operates as a separate business entity and is responsible for:

  • Production and quality of their products
  • Stock availability
  • Compliance with food safety and legal requirements

Uncle Pinoy is responsible for:

  • Marketing and promotion
  • Operating the website and checkout
  • Customer service, payments, and order coordination

2. Ordering & Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers
  • Uncle Pinoy does not store full payment card details

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Fulfilment & Delivery

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched according to the selected delivery date
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control
  • Responsibility for successful delivery transfers once the order has been handed to the courier

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food products:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
  • Returns are not accepted

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Items damaged upon delivery

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Product Information & Availability

  • We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate
  • Slight variations may occur due to handmade or small-batch production
  • Availability may change without notice

If you have questions about a product, we encourage contacting us before placing an order.

6. Platform Partner Products

For products supplied by Platform Partners:

  • Uncle Pinoy acts as a sales and marketing platform
  • Product quality, ingredients, production methods, compliance with food safety and legal requirements remain the responsibility of the Platform Partner

Uncle Pinoy coordinates customer support and resolutions but does not manufacture third-party products.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Uncle Pinoy website — including logos, images, text, and branding — is the property of Uncle Pinoy unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with website functionality
  • Misuse promotions, referral programs, or payment systems
