We do not accept returns on food products once they have been delivered. This is to ensure food safety, hygiene, and freshness for all customers.


2. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos where applicable

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following where appropriate:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.


4. Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.

This is because our team begins sourcing, preparing, and scheduling products immediately to ensure maximum freshness and on-time delivery.


5. Delivery Issues

Uncle Pinoy is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
  • The recipient not being available to receive the order
