At Uncle Pinoy, we take pride in delivering high-quality Filipino food straight to your doorstep. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Delivery Areas

  • Uncle Pinoy delivers within London and selected surrounding areas.
  • Nationwide UK delivery may be available for specific chilled or ambient products.
  • Delivery availability will always be shown at checkout.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are scheduled on specific delivery days, depending on your location and product type.
  • Once your delivery date is confirmed, it cannot be changed unless you contact us directly with minimum 48 hours notice.
  • We do not deliver on public holidays unless stated otherwise.

3. Made-to-Order Products

  • Many of our products are cooked to order.
  • Orders are processed immediately after confirmation to ensure freshness.
  • Because of this, same-day dispatch or next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

4. Delivery Method

  • Orders are delivered via trusted courier partners or in-house delivery, depending on product type and location.
  • Some items may arrive:
    • Hot and ready to serve
    • Chilled and safely packaged for home reheating
  • Delivery method will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Location
    • Product type
    • Order size
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or no recipient available, Uncle Pinoy cannot guarantee redelivery or refunds, especially for perishable food items.

7. Delays Outside Our Control

  • While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:
    • Courier issues
    • Weather conditions
    • Traffic or unforeseen operational issues
  • In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update or alternative solution.

8. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

  • If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  • We will review the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.

9. Platform Partner Fulfilment

  • Some products are fulfilled by Uncle Pinoy Platform Partners.
  • All Platform Partners are required to meet Uncle Pinoy’s delivery and quality standards.
