Cooking Instructions

1.⁠ Without oil, ⁠Place frozen or thawed skinless longganisa in a non-stick pan.
2.⁠ ⁠Add water, to cover the skinless longanisa halfway.
3.⁠ ⁠Simmer & Cook on medium heat until the water evaporates (around 8–12 mins). This cooks the inside properly without burning the outside.
4.⁠ Allow to fry in its own oil. Once water is gone, oil will render out. Lower to medium-low heat.
5.⁠ ⁠Turn gently and add little oil. Rotate occasionally until evenly browned and slightly caramelised.
