Some pieces were full of fat. The nicer cuts tasted good. Just a shame we could not eat the very fatty parts. It would have been easy to see the fatty pieces when packaging. I understand pork can have fatty parts but given customers are paying good money, a little more care should be taken.

Very tasty lechon, a couple of pieces of crackling wasn't a great standard compared to the rest. Minor improvement and it would be 5 star product, good job thanks!
