Best thing that we have bought online for ages.
Cooking is so simple.
We did ours airfryer only.
190 degrees for 18minutes with a small coating of olive oil.
Take crackling off (and it WILL just lift right off) after cooking and eat it whilst telling each other that this is Soooooo good !!!!
Slice pork up, and stick it back into the airfryer just to brown up the edges and melt any excess fat that might remain.
Cube cut the meat, and if you see any very small spare rib type bones, cut around them and eat around yourself and call that 'chefs prerogative'...you did the carving, so...go for it.
Plate it up, enjoy it and take the credit for a great pork dish
I cannot say enough how much my wife and I loved this product.
Will definitely be coming back for more in the future, and also trying different spices on the crackling.

Taste: 10/10
Crispiness: 8/10 (the center part of the lechon skin wasn't that crispy, both ends were great)
Price: 9/10 (I was just expecting a super crispy skin of the lechon)
Size: 10/10 Perfect for 20 people
Overall, it tasted like home. I would definitely buy again.

Uncle Pinoy was absolutely amazing! All my friends enjoyed it so much ‚ the crispiness, the juiciness, and the authentic lutong Pinoy lechon flavor were just perfect.
I didn't mention at first where I ordered it from because I wanted to hear their honest reactions. Later on, I told them I ordered two Whole Lechon Belly instead of a whole lechon , I wanted pure meat and that extra juiciness inside, and it was definitely the right choice!
Uncle Pinoy was very straightforward and easy to deal with. They delivered the two Whole Lechon Belly straight to my 40th birthday venue ‚ hot, fresh, and with Mang Tomas included!
Sa sobrang sarap, wala talaga akong natake-away because my friends lined up for it and even took some home (Sharon).
