- Preheat Oven or Air Fryer at 190°C (Gas Mark 5).
- Pat the skin dry and Apply a thin layer of oil.
- Reheat for 30-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 75°C.
- If not crispy, Turn Up the Heat to 210 °C and Monitor closely.
