Reheating Instructions - Lechon Belly

  1. Preheat Oven or Air Fryer at 190°C (Gas Mark 5).
  2. Pat the skin dry and Apply a thin layer of oil.
  3. Reheat for 30-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  4. If not crispy, Turn Up the Heat to 210 °C and Monitor closely.

Reheating Instructions - Chicken Inasal

  1. Preheat Oven or Air Fryer at 170°C (Gas Mark 3).
  2. Add 1 Tablespoon of water per pack in the tray.
  3. Reheat for 20-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 75°C .
