  • Storage: Keep refrigerated. Store at below 5°C. Do not re-freeze.
  • Shelf Life: Consume within 3 days of receiving.

Reheating Instructions

  1. Ensure corned beef is fully thawed.
  2. Add oil and heat up a frying pan on medium heat.
  3. Sauté onion and
    garlic until fragrant (optional).
  4. Stir Fry Corned Beef for 5–10 minutes until thoroughly cooked, reaching 75°C or above.
  5. Add salt & pepper to taste (optional), carefully transfer to a plate and enjoy.
