Reheating Instructions
- Ensure chicken tocino is fully thawed. On a frying pan, Add Chicken Tocino.
- Add small amount of water and cover. Simmer over medium heat.
- Heat until the liquid evaporates.
- After evaporated, Add a little cooking oil.
- Pan‐fry until caramelised and cooked through, reaching 75°C or above.
- Add salt & pepper to taste (optional), carefully transfer to a plate and enjoy.
