Always good
short, simple, and music to our ears 😊Thank you for coming back to Uncle Pinoy and for your continued support. It means a lot to know we’ve been consistently satisfied your cravings! We hope to serve you again soon.
Pretty inconsistent, honestly. Some pieces had that inasal kick, but most were just bland. Good thing the sauce was there to pick up the slack.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback. Consistency is something we hold ourselves to a high standard on, and feedback like yours helps us do better. We've noted this and will make sure it's passed on to the right team. Thanks for giving us a try!
I love the taste
And we love hearing that, thank you!😊 We look forward to serving you again.
sarap po. May libre kalamansi at sili pa.
Now that's a proper Filipino spread! 😄 So glad you enjoyed it, kalamansi and sili on the side, the way it should be! Thanks for supporting Uncle Pinoy!
Yummy
One word and it says it all! 😄 Thank you and looking forward to serving you again!
in all honesty, not what i expected. wala po syang lasa, ang nag dala is the calamansi and sili. hope you can improve on the marinate po. i really wanted to love this.
We appreciate you being honest with us and we're sorry to hear this didn't quite deliver the flavour you were hoping for. Feedback like this genuinely helps us do better, and we hear you on the marinade. We're continuously working to improve and make sure every bite speaks for itself. We hope you'll give us another chance to win you over.
Well packaged with 3 pieces of chicken inasal in each pack. Cooking/ heating instructions on the cover. Each piece of chicken was a generous portion. Have only opened 1 pack and whilst the chicken was moist and tender it unfortunately didn't taste like filipino chicken inasal. It tasted more like inihaw manok.
Thank you for the detailed feedback and we're glad the packaging and portion size delivered! We hear you on the flavour profile, achieving that true inasal taste is something we take seriously and your feedback is genuinely noted. We're continuously working to make sure every bite feels authentically Filipino. We hope you'll give us another chance to win you over.
It's ok
this my 3rd time order chicken nasal
But bland taste not like when my 1st order
Thank you for sticking with us through three orders, that loyalty means a lot. We're sorry to hear the chicken inasal didn't quite deliver the same flavour you experienced on your first order. Consistency is something we hold ourselves to a high standard on and your feedback is genuinely noted. We're continuously working to make sure every order tastes just as good as the first.
Beautiful and delicious!!
Now those are two words we absolutely love hearing! 😊 Thank you for supporting Uncle Pinoy!
I did use the mang inasal in bbq in the camping , i find it dry but when i ised it for the boodle and put in airfryer, it is much better. i would like to suggest to include a sachet of sauce even it is small. i love the xhili and kalamansi with it.. I'd still support Uncle Pinoy . Thank you so much Mx
Thank you for the creative ways you've been enjoying it, camping and a boodle fight, now that's the Filipino spirit! 😄 We hear you on the dryness and the sauce suggestion, and we completely agree that a good chilli and calamansi pairing takes it to another level. Your feedback is genuinely noted and we're continuously working on ways to make every order even better. Thank you for the continued support, it truly means everything to us! 😊
One pack of chicken was smelling.. i opened it as soon as it arrived so not sure why. I guess the vacuum pack must have had a hole because it wasn't as tight as the other pack and sauce was spilling.
We're truly sorry to hear this, receiving a pack that wasn't properly sealed and had an off smell is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to. We take food safety and quality very seriously and your feedback is something we do not take lightly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we hope you'll give us the chance to do better.
Really good quick delivery and tasty chicken inasal! Highly recommended!!!
Quick delivery and tasty chicken inasal, that's the full package! 😊 Thank you for the recommendation and we look forward to your next order!
Very efficient and informs you if there is a problem with the delivery but in the end were able to sort it out and delivered my order on time.
Keeping you informed every step of the way and making sure your order gets to you, that's always the priority! 😊 Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout. We hope to serve you again soon!
It was just ok. Not as tasty as i imagine it
We appreciate the honest feedback and we're sorry it didn't quite live up to expectations. We always want every order to leave a lasting impression and your feedback genuinely helps us do better. We hope you'll give us another chance!
Arrived as scheduled. Chicken is tender is tasty. Easy to follow instructions on how to re-heat.
On time, tender, tasty, and easy to reheat, all boxes ticked! 😊 Thank you and we hope to serve you again soon!
I bought this for my parents who were visiting for Father's Day and it was a big hit! Just like nasal back in the Philippines 🤤
A Father's Day treat that tasted just like home, what a special way to celebrate! So glad it was a big hit with your parents. Moments like this are exactly why we do what we do. Thank you and we hope to serve you all again soon! 😊
