Delivery & Storage

  • Storage: Keep refrigerated. Store at below 5°C. Do not re-freeze.
  • Shelf Life: Consume within 3 days of receiving.

Reheating Instructions

1. Ensure beef oxtail kare-kare is fully thawed. Heat up a frying pan on medium heat.
2. Transfer shrimp paste and put aside (optional).
3. Reheat for 5–10 minutes. Stir frequently whilst reheating.
4. Reheat until internal temperature reaches 75°C or above.
5. Carefully transfer to a plate and enjoy.
