Cooking Instructions

  1. Add 1-2 Tablespoons of Oil into a frying pan.
  2. Set to Medium Heat. Add Pork Tocino & excess “juices” into the frying pan.
  3. Stir Fry your Pork Tocino until it fully caramelises.
  4. Cook until internal temperature reaches 75°C.
